This will enhance agile and effective health business management to support improved healthcare delivery and outcomes.   The FPAM Academy leverages the impact of personal narratives and organised educational programs to cater to talent spotting, personal growth, and personalised career advancement. Our approach to the project was to exactly match the mobile and desktop designs (from Figma), and use the mobile breakpoint for tablets and smaller laptops. The website was built quickly to match the designs and desired functionality with an on-time go live. Quality, Functionality and Usability Our approach to the build planning involved the HETI IT team, who have deep experience with Squiz Matrix. We quickly established how both the backend editing experience and the front-end user experience needed to work. In the final delivery, the site was built entirely as no-code components and features to control the navigation, banners and news all delivered within the project scope. ## Squiz Matrix - Banners and templates showcase ## *"For staff working in finance, procurement, and asset management their contribution to supporting and guiding effective business management is critical to improving healthcare across the state with a view to quality healthcare provision for all."* - Project Steeting Commitee, NSW Health Purpose and Features Commissioned by the leadership team at HETI, the intranet site documents learning pathways for careers in health, finance, asset management and procurement. The website features profiles of various leaders, sharing detailed stories about their career journeys.  Additionally, the site includes a range of self-guided training modules, providing access to videos, webinars, and other resources. This platform supports NSW Health staff in retaining and developing human resources, and also showcases related news and events. Project Governance The steering committee aimed to develop the website in Squiz Matrix, ensuring the new site closely matched the pre-approved designs that match the master brand. After a thorough evaluation of proposals from three vendors, FrontStage Digital was selected for the project. Following the go-live, HETI engaged FrontStage Digital under a second contract to load the content and prepare the site for launch.
